A small knife, narrow blade with a very sharp edge. Bridging the gap between a boning knife and a wood carving knife. Does that gap need bridging... I don't know, but this knife will be a great addition to any kitchen, ideal for detail work, or with a custom made sheath (not included) it could be the perfect do all small outdoor knife. The quilted maple has some intense figure and a deep translucent grey resin section.

Please check out the Maintaining blades page for more info. If you have any further questions, please feel free to email us directly.

80crv2 is a tough steel so you don’t have to be too worried about chipping it despite the thin edge although high quality knives should always be treated with respect. Like most carbon steels, it is easy to sharpen and keep a hair-popping edge.
